Czysto, nowoczesny i gustownie urządzony apartament miał pełne wyposażenie kuchenne oraz był ciepły i przytulny, a właścicielka Teresa była bardzo miła i kontaktowa, proponowała wcześniejsze zameldowanie oraz przedłużenie doby, lokalizacja była spokojna z ciszą, a centrum Szklarskiej Poręby było w odległości około 10 minut spacerem.
