Apartament był bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony z kuchnią mającą zmywarkę, toster i ekspres do kawy oraz pełną szufladą gier dla dzieci. Łóżka były wygodne, a kontakt z właścicielami był bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja była spokojna i cicha, blisko do PKP oraz szlaków turystycznych, choć trochę dalej od centrum miasta. Darmowe miejsce parkingowe było dostępne przy obiekcie.
