Apartament był nowoczesny, przytulny i czysty z pojemną lodówką, czajnikiem, tosterem, mikrofalówką, kawiarką oraz małą płytą indukcyjną i przyborami kuchennymi. Parking w garażu podziemnym był w cenie apartamentu. Basen był podgrzewany. Łazienka miała suszarkę, ręczniki i małe kosmetyki. Właściciel był bardzo pomocny i kontaktowy.
