Domek miał dobrze zaopatrzoną kuchnię z przyprawami, naczyniami, suszarką do ubrań i żelazkiem oraz ogrodzony teren z tarasem i miejscem na grilla. Właściciel był bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny, a lokalizacja pozwalała na długie spacery w Rejonie Karkonoszy oraz była blisko centrum Szklarskiej Poręby.
