The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped with a balcony view of Szrenica. The location was close to the forest and 12 minutes on foot from the PKP station with about half an hour to Szklarska Poręba center. The complex had a wellness zone and outdoor seating with benches and deck chairs. The facility had a playroom, bowling alley, billiards area, and a pool with cold water. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable while the sofa bed in the living room was less comfortable for adults but used by children.
