Czysty, komfortowy apartament miał bardzo wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię i pralkę w łazience. Mieszkanie było położone na cichym osiedlu blisko czerwonego szlaku oraz stacji kolejowej Szklarska Poręba Górna, z oknami wychodzącymi na las. Kontakt z właścicielką był na najwyższym poziomie, a miejsce parkingowe i dwa balkony były dużym plusem.
