Apartament był duży, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony z wielkim tarasem i bardzo dobrym kontaktem z właścicielem. Budynek recepcji miał basen, sauny, salę zabaw, kręgle i bilard. W ośrodku były koncert fortepianowy oraz dyskoteka.
