Apartament był bardzo przestronny, funkcjonalny i dobrze wyposażony z balkonem, z którego roztaczał się piękny widok na Karkonosze, lokalizacja była blisko centrum miasta, a okolica cicha i spokojna. Winda była dodatkowym atutem, a w pobliżu były liczne restauracje i sklepy.
