Przytulny, nowoczesny apartament był bardzo czysty i funkcjonalnie wyposażony z pralką, odkurzaczem oraz krzesełkiem do karmienia, balkon był w całości przeszklony z pięknym widokiem na góry, a lokalizacja była cicha i blisko lasu oraz basenu w odległości około 39 m.
