Basen i jacuzzi były dostępne, basen miał chłodniejszą wodę, sauna była tam również. Apartament był nowoczesny, przestronny, czysty z ładnym widokiem na góry oraz dobrze wyposażony z możliwością przygotowania posiłków i prasowania ubrań. Miejsce parkingowe było darmowe przypisane do apartamentu. Obsługa szybko reagowała na zgłoszone awarie.
