Jacuzzi, bilard, piłkarzyki i duże przestrzenie salonu oraz sypialni były w domu. Kuchnia miała pełne wyposażenie z dużą lodówką i zamrażarką. Lokalizacja była cicha i blisko centrum Szklarskiej Poręby, a parking był bezpłatny na kilka samochodów. Kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry, a zameldowanie bezkontaktowe.
