Przestronny, czysty dom miał dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię i duży ogród z miejscem na ognisko oraz palenisko z rusztem, a także bania z jacuzzi i umeblowany taras, dwie łazienki i toaleta były wystarczające dla 12 osób. Kontakt z właścicielką był bardzo dobry, a na powitanie były świeże kwiaty i cukierki. Dom znajdował się w spokojnej okolicy blisko szlaków oraz około 750 m od stacji PKP ze sprawnym dojazdem do centrum Szklarskiej Poręby.
