Superb location offered quiet surroundings and close proximity to the city center. The apartment was clean, modern, and equipped with a kitchenette containing all necessary appliances. Additional amenities included an elevator in the building and guaranteed parking. The bathroom featured a large shower cabin with storage for toiletries. Access to recreational facilities such as bowling, billiards, and ping-pong was available nearby.
