Przytulny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony apartament miał dużą lodówkę z zamrażarką, pralkę ze 2 kapsułkami na 3 noce oraz zmywarkę. Kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona, a do dyspozycji były kawa i herbata. Kanapa była wygodna, łazienka miała duży prysznic, a w mieszkaniu działały dwa telewizory. W apartamencie było dużo książek i gier planszowych oraz miejsce parkingowe blisko wejścia. Widoki były piękne, okolica spokojna z sklepem, chatą Izerską, orlikiem, mini zoo i siłownią parkową.
