Przestronny, wygodny apartament na parterze miał ogródek z tarasem i panoramiczne okno z widokiem na góry. Kuchnia i łazienka były dobrze wyposażone, a miejsce parkingowe znajdowało się blisko apartamentu pod dachem. Lokalizacja była blisko centrum Szklarskiej Poręby oraz szlaków na Szrenicę i Kamieńczyk, co umożliwiało piesze wyjścia bez problemu z parkowaniem. Właściciel był bardzo miły i pomocny, a kontakt z nim przebiegał sprawnie.
