Super widok z okna i balkonu, balkon był dodatkowym atutem. Właścicielka Teresa była bardzo miła i włączyła ogrzewanie po ulewie dla całej rodziny. Mieszkanie było czyste, dobrze wyposażone kuchenne i miało własne ogrzewanie gazowe z ciepłą wodą. Lokalizacja była blisko centrum, wyciągu na Szrenicę oraz innych atrakcji, a parking i miejsce do grillowania były dostępne. Psy były mile widziane bez dodatkowych opłat, a dzieci miały zjeżdżalnię naprzeciwko.
