Super wyposażony apartament miał dwa balkony z przepięknym widokiem na pasmo Karkonoszy i był bardzo czysty oraz przestronny. Właścicielka była sympatyczna i kontaktowa, a parking był bezpłatny i spokojny. Lokalizacja była świetna, blisko dworca kolejowego, centrum Szklarskiej Poręby oraz szlaków górskich.
