Widok na góry był piękny z dwóch balkonów z wygodnymi fotelami, a apartament był nowiutki, bardzo czysty i wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, w tym świetnie wyposażoną kuchnię ze zastawą i garnkami oraz dodatkowe szlafroki i ręczniki. Lokalizacja była super, 5 minut spacerkiem do centrum Szklarskiej Poręby blisko sklepów, restauracji oraz dworca PKP i autobusowego, a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Sauna była dostępna po całodniowych wędrówkach, miejsce parkingowe było zapewnione, a zameldowanie odbywało się bezkontaktowo.
