Apartament był bardzo ładny, przytulny i czysty z pięknym widokiem na góry oraz miał pralkę i zmywarkę. Garaż podziemny był wygodny z dedykowanym miejscem, a zameldowanie było bezproblemowe. Lokalizacja była blisko centrum Szklarskiej Poręby, ale jednocześnie cicha i spokojna.
