Widok z tarasu był przepiękny, a taras miał wygodne leżaki i dużą powierzchnię. Apartament był funkcjonalny, przytulny, czysty, wyposażony w mikrofale, zmywarkę i pralkę oraz miał wygodne łóżka. Miejsce parkingowe było w garażu podziemnym, a do głównych drzwi był zamek na kod. Cisza okolicy sprzyjała odpoczynkowi po aktywnym dniu, a szlak na Wysoki Kamień znajdował się praktycznie za zakrętem.
