Basen i sauna były dostępne, a apartament miał pełne wyposażenie z garnkami, tosterem, mikrofalówką, czajnikiem, ekspresem do kawy, suszarką do włosów i odkurzaczem oraz płynem do naczyń i workami na śmieci "na start". Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra w centrum Szklarskiej Poręby blisko szlaków turystycznych i atrakcji. Apartament był jasny, gustownie urządzony z dużym balkonem na zachód słońca oraz widokiem na góry. W pobliżu znajdowała się mała stacja narciarska.
