Przytulny apartament miał wygodne łóżko, rozkładany stoliczek i koszyczek z herbatami, kapsułkami do ekspresu, cukrami oraz dwie wody na powitanie. Wyposażenie miało garnki, patelnie, kieliszki do wina i suszarkę do włosów. Instrukcje od właścicielki były jasne i zawierały numery kontaktowe oraz wskazówki dotyczące zwiedzania. Lokalizacja była blisko centrum Szklarskiej Poręby, 5 minut spacerem do dworca PKP i głównego pasażu z restauracjami oraz blisko szlaków górskich. Parking był dostępny bezpłatnie w pobliżu.
