Właściciel był bardzo miły i pomocny, kontakt odbywał się bezproblemowo przez telefon. Mieszkanie miało wygodne łóżka, duży prysznic i balkon na parterze z widokiem na Wysoki Kamień, a wejście do szlaku było około 200 m od apartamentu, parking był przypisany do mieszkania z wjazdem na pilota.
