Domek był przestronny, czysty, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony z kuchnią oraz komfortowymi łóżkami, a widok z okien miał na płynący obok strumyk, teren wokół był zadbany z placem zabaw dla dzieci, sauną zawieszoną nad rzeczką oraz gorącymi beczkami.
