Apartament był wygodny, dobrze wyposażony z pralką, odkurzaczem i garażem, czysty i schludny z pojemnymi szafami oraz świetnie zorganizowanym aneksem kuchennym. Basen z sauną i jacuzzi oraz klub do bilarda i krengli były dostępne na terenie obiektu. Lokalizacja była dobra, blisko Szklarskiej Poręby Górnej w malowniczej dolinie. Kontakt z właścicielką był bezproblemowy.
