PatioApartament był bardzo czysty, super wyposażony z dużym balkonem i wygodnymi łóżkami, a parking znajdował się w garażu podziemnym. Basen był mały, sauna sucha działała dobrze, a sala zabaw dla dzieci była na plus. Obsługa była bardzo miła, bar miał kręgle i bilard, a obiekt położony był w cichej spokojnej okolicy nieco dalej od centrum.
