Pokój był czysty, zadbany i miał mini aneks kuchenny z czajnikiem, płytą, małą lodówką oraz naczyniami. Właściciel Łukasz był sympatyczny i pomocny z bardzo dobrym kontaktem. Lokalizacja była cicha, blisko głównych szlaków trekkingowych i centrum Szklarskiej Poręby. Przy budynku był darmowy parking, a na korytarzu dodatkowy aneks kuchenny oraz suszarka do dyspozycji gości.
