Apartament był przestronny, bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony z ekspresem do kawy, piekarnikiem oraz mikrofalą, a balkon miał piękne widoki na Szrenicę i Wysoki Kamień. Właścicielka Ania była przemiła i służyła pomocą, a na powitanie czekał lokalny miód oraz kawa. Sauna i jacuzzi były dostępne bez dodatkowych opłat, parking był zamknięty z przypisanym miejscem, a lokalizacja była blisko centrum Szklarskiej Poręby oraz wyjścia na żółty szlak.
