Apartament był nowy, świetnie i z pomysłem urządzony, w pełni wyposażony z dobrym ogrzewaniem oraz dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, lokalizacja była cicha i spokojna, choć do centrum było około 20 minut pieszo, gdzie znajdowały się sklepy i restauracje.
