Gustowny, pięknie urządzony apartament miał aneks kuchenny z pełnym wyposażeniem, taras oraz miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Kontakt z właścicielem był szybki i sprawny, a możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania była dużym plusem. Lokalizacja była bardzo dobra, blisko centrum, deptaka i dużego sklepu Biedronka.
