Sauna była na tym samym poziomie co apartament, który był przestronny, funkcjonalny i miał piękny widok na góry z dużego tarasu. Apartament miał wygodne łóżka, ekspres do kawy, dodatkowy pokój na walizki lub narty oraz narciarnię i parking blisko budynku. Winda była dostępna, a do centrum miasta można było dojść spacerem w około 10 minut. Szlaki turystyczne i wodospad Szklarki były w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie.
