The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances including a toaster and induction stove. Exterior blinds effectively blocked light and heat, enhancing comfort. Located on the outer side of the complex, it offered an open balcony view into a forested area with morning birdsong. Access to indoor swimming pool, sauna, playgrounds, and a small football pitch was available within the complex.
