Czysto, cisza i możliwość pobytu z psem były atutami apartamentu, który miał dobrze wyposażoną kuchnię z lodówką, mikrofalówką, płytą grzejną oraz naczyniami i sztućcami. Wygodne łóżka i ciekawy wystrój uzupełniały bujany fotel na balkonie oraz gry planszowe i książki na półce. Parking był darmowy, a lokalizacja blisko wodospadu Kamieńczyka oraz szlaków górskich sprzyjała spacerom do centrum miasta. Kontakt z właścicielką był świetny.
