Sauna była rewelacyjna i działała bardzo dobrze, łóżko było duże z wygodnym materacem, a apartament był czysty, nowoczesny i miał pełne wyposażenie kuchni. Teren był zamknięty z prywatnym miejscem parkingowym oraz placem zabaw dla dzieci, a lokalizacja była cicha i blisko lasu w Szklarskiej Porębie.
