Obsługa była bardzo miła, szczególne podziękowania dla pani z recepcji lub właścicielki za troskę o gości. Lokalizacja była blisko wejścia na szlak na Szrenicę i Śnieżne Kotły oraz centrum Szklarskiej Poręby. Sauna była dostępna do swobodnego korzystania, a w apartamencie były kąciki dla dzieci, bilard i piłkarzyki.
