Cisza i spokój z widokiem na las, apartament był nowy, zadbany, dobrze wyposażony z kuchnią i podziemnym garażem oraz suszarką na przemoknięte ubrania, lokalizacja była blisko Czerwonego szlaku i początków tras w Górach Izerskich.
